NEW SYSTEM DESIGN

EST works with A & E firms to design and engineer new aircraft hangars with integrated wash rack systems for air frame maintenance and overhaul.  Many times EST wash racks are integrated in fuel cell hangars.  Systems meet UFC design criteria and are designed to filter out containments from aircraft washing such as heavy metals (chromium, nickel, cadmium silver and other metals,) emulsified oils and detergents.

HANGAR MODIFICATIONS

EST provides turnkey hangar modification for utilization as a wash rack.  Existing hangar wash racks can be modified to accommodate EST aircraft wash and filtration equipment.

DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE - MILITARY

• Designed to meet DOD, UFC (Unified Facilities Criteria), Air Force TO and other military requirements for flows, pressure and filtration 

• Aircraft wash racks are designed to fight corrosion by enabling operators to effectively and efficiently wash aircraft per wash cycle

• High flow hot water fire hose/water cannon systems to reach tail of C-130, KC-46, B-52, C-17, C-5 and other large aircraft

• Hot water cannons reduce wash time by approximately 25%

• Chemical application foamers provide fast foam coverage

• Pressure washer type systems are not recommended due to high pressure, however lower pressure systems can be provided to meet Air Force TO 1-1-691

• Filtration systems are available to treat aircraft wash rack effluent for reuse to discharge to local POTW

• Optional equipment enclosure for cold weather environments

• Optional rewind hose reels for safe and easy hose storage

• Designed for commercial aviation needs to meet wash cycle requirements

• Greatly reduce labor hours required for washes to reduce aircraft maintenance costs

• Boeing approved pressures prevent damage to aircraft which standard pressures washers can cause
